Daffue Electronic Solutions cc started this Product Management Service after numerous requests from dynamic companies and individuals for the Development and Management of New or Upgraded Products for a wide range of applications.
The main attraction of this service is that these companies do not need to employ costly development, Manufacturing, Stores or Dispatch personnel and provide them with all the costly benefits.
Daffue Electronic Solutions provide this service, from the Development stage of such a product to the orders placed and subsequent delivery to the customer or direct delivery to the customers client. This product stay the responsability of Daffue Electronic Solutions and on request, by the customer,the product can be upgraded or changed. A full Build History and configuration system would be kept on every product.
When a Customer contact DES for the Product Management of a new product or the upgrade of an existing product, the first step is to meet the client and stipulate the customer requirement and Minimum Monthly Quantity for this product.
The next step would be to do a Viability study of such a product and do a Quotation for the Development and Estimated Manufacturing Cost of the product.
On Acceptance of the Quotation and/or Proposal the development of the product would commence. A prototype would be the next phase if the customer wants to see the concept first, otherwise the Schematic and PCB Layout Design would commence.
By now a suitable enclosure must be decided on or the development of such an enclosure would also be started in the material required.
On completion of the artworks, the first batch of Prototype-PCB's would be manufactured, populated, programmed and tested.
A Full Data Pack including Development Files, Artworks, Manufacturing Files and Documentation would be compiled and on acceptance of the product placed into the Configuration System for Build History and Future Update Data.
The Product are now manufacturing and this would commence at quantities specified by the customer. The Populated, Programmed, Calibrated, Tested, Enclosed and Packaged Product are now ready for Distribution or Marketing if required.
