Daffue Electronic Solutions cc started this Contract Development Service after numerous requests from dynamic companies and individuals for the Development of New or Upgraded Products for a wide range of applications.
The main attraction of this service is that these companies do not need to employ costly development personnel and provide them with all the costly benefits normally connected to such a employee.
Daffue Electronic Solutions provide this service until the product is developed and the prototypes are accepted by the customer and then the customer continue with the manufacturing and distribution of this product. The customer are provided with all the relevant documentation and development files. If such a product need to be upgraded the customer can contact Daffue Electronic Solutions again for the upgrade or change.
When a Customer contact DES for the Contract Development of a new product or the upgrade of an existing product, the first step is to meet the client and stipulate the customer requirement for this product.
The next step would be to do a Viability study of such a product and do a Quotation for the development of the product.
On Acceptance of the Quotation and/or Proposal the development of the product would commence. A prototype would be the next phase if the customer wants to see the concept first, otherwise the Schematic and PCB Layout Design would commence.
By now a suitable enclosure must be decided on or the development of such an enclosure would also be started in the material required.
On completion of the artworks, the first batch of Prototype-PCB's would be manufactured, populated, programmed and tested.
A Full Data Pack including Development Files, Artworks, Manufacturing Files and Documentation would be compiled and on acceptance of the product handed-over to the customer on completion of the order.
